Artsy Fun

The girls love a good art project.  And I love a project period.  So we attempted some hand-print tutu art.  I think they turned out great and the girls love them!  SO easy and fun to do.  Look out really famous artist name, clearly I don't know any.  :)

Wild Weekend!

We had a wild weekend at the Dallas Zoo!  We had an incredible unseasonably cool July day and just had to take advantage!  The girls loved the monorail and the children's zoo.  After gallivanting with animals we headed to Chicken Scratch for a super fun lunch.  Mike and I loved the chicken and biscuits, the girls loved the ice cream!

Oh My Oh My!

If overexpsosure to cuteness were a thing, I would be in some serious trouble.  That is all.

Tiny Dancer

Madie completed her first full year of dance.  We are SO proud of her and she absolutely loves it.  In fact, she says she is going to be a ballerina when she grows up.  She loves to try and teach Marlie her dances too.  She had 4 other little girls in her class:  Evra, Ava, Baylee, and Haevyn.  They all became such great friends we are going to be in the same class next year.  This year they did tap to "Christian Love Bug" and ballet to "We Fall Down".

This was the day their costumes came in!  They were so excited and kept telling each other how beautiful they were! Ha!

The girls with Ms. Audrey, she has the patience of a saint, seriously!

Getting ready for recital.

 All  ready for her debut!

I mean, seriously!  Look at these cutie patooties.

Waiting to dance with their daddies.  They danced to "Find your Wings" by Mark Hayes. It was precious and I was a mess!  Madie and Mike went to rehearsals and practices for a month and it showed.  They were a great pair!

Marlie was super excited for her sister and was a great supporter.
